Return & Exchange Policy

    At Perry Diamond Designs, we strive to provide exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

     

    Return Options

    • Store Credit (Gift Card) – 30 Days
    • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a Perry Diamond Designs gift card equal to the full purchase price, minus any engraving fees. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used toward any future purchase.
    • Refund to Original Payment Method – 21 Days
    • Eligible items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. A recycling/restocking fee will apply:
    • $300 for engagement rings
    • $50 for wedding bands and made-to-order fine jewelry
    • This fee is waived if you opt for a store credit instead of a refund.

     

    Return Eligibility

     

    Eligible Items:

    • Fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose diamonds (excluding those in the non-eligible list).
    • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, certificates, and documentation included.

     

    Non-Eligible Items:

    • Modified or resized rings.
    • Items altered by a third party.
    • Custom-designed jewelry.
    • Loose diamonds that have been set in a third-party design.
    • Personalized fine jewelry (e.g., engraved pendants, necklaces).
    • Jewelry that has been serviced (resized, soldered, or otherwise modified).
    • Loose diamonds with modified ratios or exceeding 5 carats.
    • Gift cards.
    • Shipping fees, engraving, and finishing fees.
    • Single-item purchases over $20,000 – Eligible for exchange only within 21 days (no refunds).

     

    Return Process

    1. Request Authorization:
    2. Contact us at sales@perrydiamondsdesigns.com within the applicable return window to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without this authorization will not be accepted.
    3. Prepare Your Return:
    4. Ensure the item is in new and unworn condition, with all protective tags, original packaging, and documentation intact.
    5. Ship the Item:
    • We recommend using an insured shipping service with signature confirmation for returns.
    • Perry Diamond Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
    1. Processing Your Refund:
    • Once received, returns typically take 5-10 business days for inspection and processing.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus applicable fees) or as store credit, based on your selection.

     

    Additional Terms

    • If a package is refused or returned to sender, a refund will only be processed once the item is received back at our facility.
    • If the return package is lost during transit due to customer refusal, no refund will be issued.
